Housed within the historic Chubb Buildings Light House is the ideal venue for any event. With 20 years experience of organising and running events, Light House provides a thorough and responsive service from the early booking stages through to the successful execution of the event, with the help of our excellent in-house staff. With two cinema auditoria, a large glazed atrium and smaller seminar/ workshop spaces, we can offer something to suit your specific requirements. We provide state of the art audio-visual facilities and technical support and a catering service supplied by in-house café bar Lock Works.
Whether its for a small meeting, product launch, large-scale conference or party, let us know your requirements and we will strive to meet and exceed your expectations to make your event a success.

We have three different rate scales depending on the project ; -
Rate A: Fully Commercial Projects
Rate B: Grant Funded/Non Profit making Projects
Rate C: Self-financed Individulas
Equipment required for 7 days can be hired @ 4 times the daily rate Equipment required for a weekend (Friday pm - Monday am) can be hired @ 1.5 times the daily rate
A hire day is for a 24 hour period (eg. From 9am - 9am the following day) unless otherwise stated
All prices shown do not include VAT which is charged @ 17.5%
